Requests for exchanges will only be entertained against the following kinds of complaints:
Wrong color or wrong product delivered by Mega Power Cable Merchant or by the courier partner.
Product packaging/coil found damaged at the time of delivery.
In case of an exchange requested by the customer, certain return charges will apply, which will be borne by the customer.
Late delivery (by the courier partner or Mega Power Cable Merchant).
Damaged or wrong product found inside the box.
You must contact Mega Power Cable Merchant for products purchased through https://megapowercable.com to determine the best course of action if you want to exchange based only on conditions highlighted above (Section 1). You can email us your request for exchange at returns@megapowercablemerchant.com.
Mega Power Cable Merchant, upon issuing Exchange Authorization, may request a copy of the original Mega Power Cable Merchant invoice from the customer and an original Delivery Challan from the courier company.
Product must be in ‘like-new’ condition and returned in original packaging. Mega Power Cable Merchant reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product received is damaged or if any original component is missing.
An Exchange Authorization (EA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product for exchange. To request an exchange, please email returns@megapowercablemerchant.com or call our helpline at 0312-5555336, and provide the following information: Name, Address, Phone, Reason for Exchange, Date of Purchase, Invoice Number, and Photographic evidence.
A Mega Power Cable Merchant representative will contact you within 3 working days of receipt of the complaint/request via email and/or helpline.
Exchanges will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of the returned product pending qualification and subject to the above criteria. A company representative will contact the customer with processing details.
We have a 14-day exchange policy. Should a customer wish to exchange an order, the customer may email returns@megapowercablemerchant.com. The company reserves the right to accept/reject the request as it will be subject to assessment. In case the company decides to process the request for exchange, certain return charges will apply.
